Brewix Desk vs Freshservice
Freshservice is a full IT service management suite from Freshworks, with change, problem and asset management for IT teams of any size. Brewix Desk does less, on purpose, for teams of one to three. Here’s how that plays out on price and on the things a Microsoft 365 team uses daily.
Facts about Freshservice checked on October 20, 2026, from the sources listed at the end. Brewix Desk is in private development, so its column describes the prototype as built today, before it connects to real Microsoft 365 tenants.
Choose Freshservice if…
- You expect to grow into change, problem and release management.
- You need hosting in the EEA, UAE, India or Australia.
- You want a large marketplace of ready-made integrations.
Choose Brewix Desk if…
- You want the person’s Intune device shown on the ticket itself, not only on an asset record.
- You want AI help on tickets included, rather than as a per-agent add-on.
- You want every feature in one plan, with nothing held back for a higher tier.
What It Costs
For a team of one, three or five.
Freshservice is priced per agent. The figures below are its cheapest plan, Starter, billed yearly. Service requests through Teams need the Service Catalog, which starts on Growth at $49 per agent a month billed yearly.
| Technicians | Brewix Desk | FreshserviceStarter, billed yearly |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | $79 a monthor $65.83 a month billed yearly | $19 a month1 |
| 3 | $129 a monthor $107.50 a month billed yearly | $57 a month1 |
| 5 | $179 a monthor $149.17 a month billed yearly | $95 a month1 |
Brewix Desk: $79 a month includes one technician, then $25 a month for each extra, up to 10 technicians in all. Yearly billing is two months free. Prices in US dollars, before tax.

Where Freshservice is stronger
- Real ITSM depth: problem, change, release and major-incident management on Pro.1
- A choice of five hosting regions.11
- A large marketplace, Intune device actions such as lock and wipe, and an MCP server with over 50 tools.5,10
- A lower entry price per agent on Starter, if you don’t need the Service Catalog.1
Moving from Freshservice
Brewix Desk has an importer for Freshservice, built in the prototype and to be tested on real exports during the beta. Tickets, requesters and articles come across. Devices don’t need moving: Brewix reads them from Intune.
