These terms cover brewix.io, run by Brewix (“we”). By using the site you agree to them. Brewix Desk itself will have its own customer terms, which you’ll see and accept before you use it.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and doesn’t commit you, or us, to anything. We may invite some teams on the waitlist to a private beta, at our discretion. Beta software is for evaluation, may change or stop working, and is provided without the commitments of the paid service.

Prices and plans

The prices on this site are our planned launch prices in US dollars, before tax. They may change before Brewix Desk launches, and they aren’t an offer you can accept here. The founder price applies to the first 25 organizations that subscribe after launch and lasts while their subscription stays active, as described on the pricing page. Features described as planned may change or not ship.

Using the site

Please don’t misuse the site: no attempts to break or overload it, no automated sign-ups, and nothing unlawful. To report a security problem, follow the steps on our security page instead of testing against the live site.

Our content and names

The Brewix name, logo, text, screenshots and designs on this site belong to Brewix. You’re welcome to link to us and quote short passages with credit. Product screenshots show made-up demo data.

Microsoft, Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, Intune, Entra and Azure are trademarks of the Microsoft group of companies. Claude is a trademark of Anthropic. Other names belong to their owners. Brewix isn’t affiliated with or endorsed by them.

No warranty

We work to keep the site accurate, but it’s provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Brewix isn’t liable for losses arising from your use of the site.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
