About Brewix
Started by an IT team of one.
Brewix builds IT tools for small teams that run on Microsoft 365. The first is Brewix Desk, and it began with a problem its founder deals with every day.
Why Brewix exists
I’m Josh, and I’m the IT department for a 90-person company. Some days that means the network, some days a new starter’s laptop, and most days a stream of questions arriving by email, in Teams, at my desk and in the hallway.
I looked for a help desk that fit. The big ones are built for service desks of twenty and priced per agent, with the useful parts in the top tier. The free ones cap you, nag you, or don’t know Microsoft 365 exists. So I got by with a shared mailbox, a list and my own memory.
What I wanted was simple to describe: the whole job in one place, from the tickets and projects to the new starters, the laptops and the renewals; the person’s device already on the ticket, so I don’t have to open three admin centers; and something that remembers that I’ve fixed this exact problem on this exact laptop before.
That’s Brewix Desk. I’m building it for the job I do, and for the thousands of people doing the same job on their own or with one or two colleagues. If that’s you, I’d love you to try it early and tell me where it falls short.

What We Believe
How Brewix is built.
Built for the team you have
One to three people who run everything. Not a service desk of twenty, and not an MSP.
One fair price
One plan with everything in it, priced for the whole organization. No tiers, no fees per requester or device, no sales call.
Earn the admin’s consent
Ask for the least access that works, explain every permission, and keep each organization’s data apart.
Answer like a colleague
Plain words in the product and in support. You’ll hear from the person who builds it.
