Privacy notice
What we collect on this website and the waitlist, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Last updated October 28, 2026.
The short version
- This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or tracking scripts.
- If you join the waitlist, we keep what you tell us on the form and use it to send you updates about Brewix Desk, to tell you when the founder price opens, and to understand what IT teams need. If you say you’re happy to give feedback, we may ask you a few questions by email or invite you to a short call.
- We never sell your information or share it for advertising.
- Email privacy@brewix.io and we’ll show you, correct or delete what we hold.
Who we are
Brewix (“we”) runs brewix.io and builds Brewix Desk. We’re based in Texas, United States. For anything about your information, email privacy@brewix.io.
What we collect

The theme you choose (light or dark) is saved only in your own browser and never sent to us.
Who we share it with
Only the companies that run our services for us, under their own data protection terms:
- Microsoft Azure hosts this website and stores the waitlist, in the United States.
- Microsoft 365 runs our email.
We’ll update this list before we add anyone else. We don’t sell personal information, and we don’t share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist details until you ask us to remove them, or for 24 months after we last heard from you, whichever comes first. If you become a customer, your account is covered by the Brewix Desk customer terms instead.
Your choices and rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- tell you what we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct it;
- delete it, or take you off the waitlist;
- stop emailing you.
Email privacy@brewix.io from the address you signed up with. We’ll reply within 30 days, and we won’t treat you differently for asking. If you’re in a US state with its own privacy law, or in the UK or EU, you also have the rights that law gives you, including complaining to your local regulator.
Security
The waitlist is stored encrypted in Microsoft Azure, and only Brewix can read it. You can read more about how we build Brewix Desk on the security page.
Children
This site and Brewix Desk are for businesses and aren’t directed at children under 16. We don’t knowingly collect their information.
The product itself
This notice covers brewix.io and the waitlist. Brewix Desk handles your organization’s data under its own customer terms and data processing agreement, which we’ll publish before the private beta opens.
Changes
If we change this notice, we’ll update the date at the top. If a change affects what we do with information you’ve already given us, we’ll email you first.
