Brewix Desk vs Desk365

Desk365 is the closest product to Brewix Desk: a help desk built around Microsoft Teams, with Intune on its top plan. Both are good choices for a Microsoft 365 shop. The differences are in how device data reaches the ticket, how pricing works, and what’s included besides tickets.

Facts about Desk365 checked on October 20, 2026, from the sources listed at the end. Brewix Desk is in private development, so its column describes the prototype as built today, before it connects to real Microsoft 365 tenants.

Choose Desk365 if…

  • You want a proven product with SOC 2 Type II today, or EU hosting.
  • You only need tickets in Teams and email, and the $12 Standard plan covers it.
  • You want an AI agent that answers people on your website or portal.

Choose Brewix Desk if…

  • You want device details read from Intune when the ticket opens, rather than a weekly sync.
  • You want projects, renewals, licenses and loaners in the same tool as tickets.
  • You want every feature at one price, instead of per-agent feature tiers.
